The other day I found an old sketchbook buried beneath a pile of half-finished pigment swatches and Procreate collage printouts.

Its pages were filled with messy coloful marks: overlapping layers of notes, color ideas, journal scribbles, scraps of a workshop outline I never taught.

At first glance, it looked like clutter...actually a beautiful mess!

But when I paused, I saw it for what it really was:

A map.

A record of creative fragments that, while disconnected, were all mine.

They were part of something unfinished—but not forgotten.
