Last week I sent you the seven ways I use Claude collaboratively in my studio. Today I want to give you insight on one of those ideas, it’s a foundation for my FREE workshop on day 3.

I said yes to teaching for the third year because how we bring AI into a creative practice matters more than which tool we reach for. My Day 3 talk walks through one complete workflow, From Inspiration Board to Brand Suite, but I want to give you a real peek inside before the doors open.

Here’s where the talk opens:

Palette extraction from a series of artwork, brand, and inspiration photos.

I upload a mix of the photos above including artwork, brand shots, inspiration pulled straight from my camera roll. Because the images we artists and creators naturally save or create, the ones already living on our phones, almost always carry the colors of our work and our brand.

I drop them into Claude and ask it to pull a palette. Not just hex codes, but how each color feels. Warm or cool. Quiet or saturated. What’s the dominant hue, what’s the supporting cast, what’s the unexpected note.

What comes back isn’t a generic six-swatch grid. It’s a palette recipe grounded in those images, with language I can carry into the rest of the brand work. Typography choices. Layout mood. The photography style that fits.

The palette becomes the inspiration for everything that follows.

Then I walk through the 4-Part Prompt Framework I use to direct any AI tool.

During my talk, I showcase Claude, Claude Design, Canva AI, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Adobe Firefly side by side. I compare the output and share how to generate a Brand Visual kit and a suite of graphics that actually look like your brand, not the tool’s defaults.

Six tools. One real workflow. The whole thing artist-led.
