Introducing Beachcomber – Tidal Echoes
A Paint Collection Inspired by the Sea
Reader...
I’ve always felt that the ocean holds stories—whispers carried on the wind, colors shaped by time, and tiny treasures left behind in the sand.
During my recent trip to Hawaii, after two days of torrential winter storms, I wandered the shores of East Honolulu, watching the waves reshape the coastline. The beach was littered with nature’s remnants—smooth sea glass, sun-bleached driftwood, and delicate coral fragments.
Each piece felt like an invitation to collect, layer, and create—a reminder that inspiration is everywhere, waiting to be gathered.
This moment became the heart of my newest paint collection: Beachcomber: Tidal Echoes—a handcrafted palette infused with the colors, textures, and quiet magic of the sea.
Breathe in the salt-kissed air, feel the damp sand beneath your feet, and listen—
🌊 to the hush of the retreating tide,
🦀 to the rhythmic bubbling of ghost crabs burrowing,
🐚 to the fleeting ripples left behind by unseen fish beneath the surface.
The ocean leaving behind its treasures—
✨ Pearlescent shells, weathered driftwood, soft coral fragments—a quiet invitation to collect, layer, and create.
This is Beachcomber: Tidal Echoes.
A handcrafted paint collection inspired by the shifting tides,
ground from nature’s own pigments,
and infused with the quiet magic of treasures washed ashore.
Like the beachcomber’s journey, these colors invite you to explore,
I found myself drawn to the tiny details—the way light danced on the surface of sea glass, the soft pastel glow of coral fragments, and the shifting hues of the tide pools. Every small treasure held a story, shaped by time, salt, and waves.
This sense of discovery is what inspired Beachcomber: Tidal Echoes, my latest handcrafted paint collection. Each pigment is a love letter to the ocean—soft aquas, warm sands, and iridescent sheens that reflect the beauty of nature’s tiniest wonders.
