Hey creative friend! Have you ever flipped through an old sketchbook, revisited a forgotten Procreate file, or stumbled on a ChatGPT conversation and thought—“Oh right, that was a really good idea”?
A few weeks ago, I was doing just that—organizing stacks of gel plate prints, painted and stenciled papers, collage backgrounds, and abstract landscape experiments.
I found myself flipping through my paint-making journals, too—pages filled with colorful swatches, layered marks, repeating motifs, and half-finished ideas that once sparked something deep inside.
It’s part of my process: returning to what I’ve already created—sketchbook scraps, studio experiments, and fragments of past projects—not to start over, but to gather what already lives inside the work.
Our creative stories, sketchbooks, passions, and lived experiences are the threads that weave it all together.

And that’s what Studio Storyboard is all about.
You don’t need another course to tell you what to do or show you how to paint a flower.
You already have a studio and life full of ideas. Let’s unearth and gather them, organize them, and design your next creative chapter—on your own terms.
The Studio Storyboard Workshop Experience is almost here—and you’re invited to be part of the early preview.
This is a guided creative experience that blends mark-making, reflection, storytelling, and AI ideation tools to help you.

(Hint: it includes a behind-the-scenes creative session with me and a taste of the AI tools I’ve been building for artists.)
Studio Spark + AI Prompt
Studio Sparks are mini prompts that help you gather inspiration, reflect on your process, and begin to shape a creative direction—before the workshop even begins.
Gather 5 pieces of your artwork from the past year—physical or digital. Flip through and ask:
- What themes do I notice repeating?
- What colors or shapes show up again and again?
- What might these works be asking me to explore next?
Bonus: Try this reflection with AI
Paste this into your favorite AI tool (like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or—my custom AI assitant Ideation Playground!):
“I’m an artist reflecting on my past work. Based on these themes—[list yours here]—can you help me come up with new project directions or creative prompts that align with my style?”
Your next collection may already be in motion. Let’s bring it to life.
P.S. The full Studio Storyboard Workshop will walk you through how to use AI tools like Ideation Playground to organize your themes, explore your visual story, and design your next collection with confidence. JOIN the interest list here
